No, we're not really branching out and opening a restaurant - someone who will remain nameless didn't shut the freezer properly so everything (and I mean everything) defrosted. I must have cooked the equivalent of 1 cow, 2 pigs and an aquarium full of fish !
Still this lot left to go - but I think I'll leave that for Mike too barbecue later. It's getting too hot in here now (not to mention pongy - pooey fish/meat mix !). So much for a quiet start to the holidays !
