Budding triathletes !!

It was the McDonalds' Kids Iron Tour triathlon again yesterday - Sophie took part last year (just running and cycling), this year she had a go at all three (swimming as well) and Juliette did the running part so they both got medals !!

They both liked the freebies best !! They each got a Tshirt, medal, fluorescent safety jacket, water bottle, badges, certificates, colouring sheets and booklets and as many McDonalds snacks (
apple juice, fruit bags (apple, grapes) and fruit puree) as they could grab ... which is quite a few !!
