  2. Love the Halloween costumes. Some superb costumes there. I was a sexy witch on Halloween.I still cannot get over the fact that this year we had about 26 trick or treaters, and NOT ONE carol singer. I think that is very sad. How about you?

  3. We bought a load of sweets and didn't get a single trick or treater - so the kids added them to their own trick or treating stash !!

Last year he went to a disco at school and he had to get dressed up as a cartoon character, guess what he choose!

  8. No trick or treaters at all? We didn't get many, but then we stay in a small village... I was out with my two though, and we were still eating the sweets weeks afterwards :-)

  18. The Halloween costumes are great - you all look like you are planning to have a wonderful fun evening being a little spooky, but hopefully collecting lots of treats at the same time!

Halloween is still pretty new to this country but I think its a lovely tradition for us to 'adopt'

  19. These photos remind me when my daughter was young and the whole family used to gather at my mother in laws. The kids would be all dressed up and play Halloween games and there was always a big pan of broth on the stove. Happy days.

  24. I think the pumpkin is my favourite, I've not seen one like that before. We can't use facepaint, found out my eldest is allergic and never risked it on any of my others just in case

  30. The costumes look great and you've given me some fabulous ideas for later on this year.

  31. The kids looked great in their outfits. You said that you didn't get a single trick or treater - is that because you were out trick or treating yourself or becasue not many go out where you live? I won't let my 7 year old go trick or treating, but I'm sure we had fewer people knock on our door this year.
